Age is the biggest factor. The longer a stain sits on fabric, the harder it becomes to remove. We stop stain removal when continued treatment risks pulling color or weakening the fabric.

If you sign a Permission to Continue Stain Removal Release, Model can continue working on the stain. There is a chance of damage or color loss, and removal is not guaranteed. Once the initial cleaning is paid for and the release is signed, Model will redo the treatment at no charge.

The best advice: bring stained garments in as soon as possible. The sooner we treat a stain, the better the outcome.

No. Spot-cleaning alone leaves a visible mark where the stain was treated. The garment then needs to be fully dry cleaned to blend the fabric back together. For the best results, the full cleaning process is always recommended.

A flat rate of $49 per bag. Go ahead and fill the bag up. Just make sure the drawstring can close at the top so nothing falls out. Bags cost $7.50 each and can be purchased at any store location or through the Pickup and Delivery Club.

Our Elite Pickup Club covers most of Southwestern Pennsylvania and the Morgantown area of West Virginia.

Standard turnaround for regular dry cleaning and laundry is three days. Monday pickups are delivered Thursday. Tuesday pickups are delivered Friday. The same schedule applies in reverse.

Some items like household fabrics and alterations require a full week.

No. The majority of our members are not home during service. That is the whole point. We place your cleaning in the area you designate, preferably somewhere out of the weather.

When your driver picks up your bag, they scan the barcode to assign it to your account and leave a fresh replacement bag scanned to you. This barcode system eliminates the need for name tags unless you are in an office or apartment building with multiple customers.

When you join the Elite Pickup Club, you place a credit or debit card on file. That card is charged automatically on the day of delivery. We accept all major credit cards.

There is a modest bag handling fee for each pickup to keep your bags clean and in good condition. Beyond that, members pay the same prices as in-store customers. If you ever notice a bag that needs replaced, just let us know.
