A: Simply download the Model Cleaners App and request your pickup through our app.
Q: What happens if the app has an error message?
A: If the app contains an error message, simply email us at sales@modelcleaners.com.
Q: Do I need to be present at my home or office for the delivery?
A: No. Most of our customers are not around at time of delivery. Place your order at your common spot of pickup and delivery and we will take care of the rest. it s important to understand that Model Cleaners will only come by to pickup your items if you have requested a pickup ahead of time.
Q: What are my days of service?
A: Your pickup and delivery days are either Tuesday and Friday or Monday and Thursday depending on where your region of service is. Simply request a pickup through our Model Cleaners App before your designated service day. Common time to place your items out for pickup is 7am and our Customer care representatives will pickup your items on your designated days of service. Upon signing up you will receive two personalized “yellow” Model Cleaners garment bags and a door hook to get started with this convenient and time saving service.
Q: How does the billing work?
A: Your credit card will automatically be charged every Monday for the items that were delivered the previous week.
Q: How do I use coupons?
A: Insert the coupon into your bag for redemption: Sometimes it is helpful to pin the coupon to the garment so the coupon does not get lost.
Q: Is there an extra charge for this service?
A: No, the pickup and delivery service is free; it is the same price as going into one of our store locations. You will save 45 minutes a week with this convenient service Guaranteed!
Q: What if I go on vacation?
A: Simply contact us by emailing us at sales@modelcleaners.com and let our customer care team know when you will be back: we can hold your garments for you at no charge and when you return we can deliver your items back to you.
Q: What do I do if I have an item that needs re-done?
A: Place item inside your bag with a note pinned to the garment that needs redone. We will re-do the item at no charge.
Q: Can I recycle my unused hangers?
A: You sure can. Best practice for recycling your hangers is to place the hangers separate from your garment bag to avoid damaging your garments and label them “Model Cleaners”
Q: What other cleaning services do you provide?
A: At Model we are a full service dry-cleaner. We also provide Wash-Dry-Fold services, clean comforters, draperies, UGGS, Leather and Suede items, Wedding Gown Cleaning and Preservation, in addition we specialize in alterations and repairs.
Q: What is you standard promise time for pickup and delivery services?
A: 3 business days, for example if you have items on a Monday your items will be delivered back on Thursday, if you have items for Thursday your items will be delivered back on Monday. (Same for the Tuesday and Friday days)
A: Alterations take 1 week promise time. Leather and Suede, Draperies and Wedding Gown Cleaning and Preservation can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
Q: If I need to use the nearest Model Cleaners location can I?
A: Absolutely, your account is the same at Model Cleaners whether you are use our pickup and delivery services or using one of our 11 locations. If you miss your pickup and take your items to our nearest location we can deliver it back to you.
Q: Do you offer next day cleaning services?
A: At all of our locations we offer next day cleaning services so if you needed an item ready for the next day simply drop off your item at our location and your item will be ready for pickup at our location the next day.
